With over thirty years of property development and management experience we are able to operate efficiently in any European country. However, research and investment projects have been concentrated predominantly in London and the South East of England, France, Italy, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Ukraine.
Projects are often on an agency basis, with consultancy and management services. However, venture capital may be sourced, and joint projects are also undertaken.

United Kingdom
Extensive experience since 1992 of residential and small commercial property development in London, the South East, South West and East Midlands, with residential portfolios under management. Portfolios concentrated in London, Brighton, Hastings and Derby, but with addition projects elsewhere. Specialising in buy-to-let portfolios, and rural residential projects.
France & Italy
Based in Chamonix in the Haute Savoie region of the French Alps, one hour from Geneva but close to the Italian border, we have specific experience of buying, restoring, developing and managing properties in ski resorts. Starting in 1998, specialising in the acquision , renovation and the management older properties, both for private use and to be rented as part of a lettings portfolio. Particular emphasis on the Chamonix valley, Courmayeur, Gressoney and Saint Gervais. Also interest in the rural area of Abruzzo, Italy.
Czech Republic
Residential investments in the cities of Prague and Brno from 2004. Research of rural properties in the areas of Hradec Kralove and Liberec
Slovakia
Working in Slovakia since 2006, based in Bratislava, but currently also operating in Nitra, and with experience in Trencin, Trnava and Banska Bystrica. Advising clients on the acquisition of residential properties off-plan in the capital, and in the acquisition, renovation, and management of provincial residential properties.
Focusing on the purchase of properties in the new and rapidly developing business “downtown” area of Spojená Bratislava specifically buying properties off plan in Sky Park, Portum, Graz House and Eurovia etc, but also the restoration of historic properties in the Old Town. Buy-to -let portfolio in Nitra. Small commercial projects have also been researched in Slovakia.
Montenegro & Croatia
Experience in the past with a few residential properties in Kotor Bay, Tivat, and Budva in Montenegro; and in Dubrovnik and Split in Croatia. Currently developing holiday lettings businesses in Budva, Tivat, Herceg-Novi and Lustica.
Poland
Research projects in Warsaw, Krakow and the ski resort of Zakapone. Emphasis on residential properties in the Praga area of Warsaw. Buy-to-let portfolio development.
Ukraine
Based in Odesa since 2010, dealing mainly with small residential investments and a hotel restoration. But occasionally also operating in Kiev, Kharkiv, and Dnipro. Concentrating on small residential properties in the Primorsky and Deibaskovskya areas of Odesa, and the historic Podol area of Kiev.
Currently developing a holiday lettings business in Maritime and Primorsky districts of Odesa.
In the past we have consulted for clients in Crimea and look forward to the end of the war.
